I recently had to change all of my normal banking stuff, and I must say I was glad to have a very understanding CSR to deal with, as I had to type in my newly created password about 7 times for it to work right. It was more than a little frustrating.
I much appreciate these days the requirement for mixed passwords, so much so that I've even started to apply the mixture the university once gave me in a random series. Memorization is crazy difficult though, but with all the different places you have to use a password these days, even some similarity is necessary. Stupid interwebs and security we need for it.
